Are you ready to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children with autism and associated social, emotional and mental health needs? We’re searching for a dynamic Referrals Manager to secure successful placements at 3-4 independent specialist schools in your region (north-west and east Midlands). This pivotal role combines strategy, relationship-building, and a focus on delivering exceptional outcomes for the young people we support.

Your Role

  • Drive Occupancy: Maintain a strong pipeline of referrals, working with local authorities and parents.
  • Build Partnerships: Develop and strengthen relationships with SEN managers, case officers, parents and carers.
  • Market Expertise: Stay ahead of trends in SEN provision and share insights across the group.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with colleagues in the commercial, finance and marketing teams, headteachers and local authorities to meet demand and achieve results.
  • Champion Success: Instil best practices and ensure high standards for every placement.

What You’ll Need

  • Experience in education, health, or social care funding.
  • Knowledge of SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities).
  • Proven success in relationship management with local authorities.
  • Strong CRM systems experience, Microsoft Office and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across multiple sites.
