The sun has been shining down over our Brookways School in Sutton today. We’ve had the pleasure spending the day at the school and managed to take some time out in the garden, where there is even an outdoor classroom for those children who find being in a classroom environment more challenging. Lovely to finally see some colour in the flower beds too!
Brookways is a safe and positive place which promotes respect, hard work and kindness. The bespoke environment and curriculum have been designed to foster each learner’s unique identities, within a caring and supportive school community.
Brookways is a place where the staff and learners look forward to going to school. They are preparing children for their futures – equipping them to be independent adults who can lead fulfilling lives and contribute positively to society.
Now the weather is finally on the turn, some of the children and young people are looking forward to getting out there to plant plenty more wild flowers, hopefully attracting some bees and wildlife into the garden space.
