Amy Bishop

Registered Manager

Amy has worked in various settings within the care industry, such as domiciliary care for elderly and adults with learning difficulties. Amy joined the child sector in 2016, where she started working as a youth support worker, this being where she learnt how to support young people with varied background and needs, working mostly with those who have been at risk of CSE, EBD, self-injurious behaviours, varied mental health difficulties, gang culture and affiliations etc.

Amy later progressed to being a Senior Support worker, then onto Deputy Manager, it was within these roles that Amy learned how best to manage and support a home following guideline set out in the social care common inspection frameworks.

In 2021 Amy became the Deputy Manager of a solo provision and for a short time was in the interim role. During Amy’s time as the interim manager, she had a two-day inspection where the home was rated “GOOD”. 

Claire Mcdonald

Deputy Manager

Claire has worked in the Childcare Sector since 2017 supporting young people with risk of CSE, EBD, self-injurious behaviours, varied mental health difficulties, gang culture and affiliations etc. Claire has taken on roles and responsibilities of Youth support worker, Team Leader, Deputy Manager and Interim Homes Manager. Claire has experience in supporting the RM to register two brand new Therapeutic children’s homes.
